Returns and Exchanges

Dare. takes pride in every item we create, from the design, to the delivery. Because we are a small store, we don’t accept returns, refunds or exchanges on our customised products. Customised is defined as a personalised name and/or number. We will only be able to offer a replacement if the item isn’t correct such as a spelling mistake that is on our end, or a number is wrong, or sizing is incorrect.

We accept exchanges for sizing on all non-customised orders such as shorts. We order all products on-demand so we may not have the correct stock and this may take a while to process.

We encourage you to get in touch with us if you have any issues, or questions as there maybe something we can do. Getting in touch will give you a definite answer as to what we can help with. We can only help you with exchanges/returns for 14 days. Please get in touch before then.

If a fault is of ours, we will pay for any return shipping and re-shipping of products. If you are sending back an exchange, you will need to ship the product at your own cost.
